Airline Selection Programme has teamed up with Pilotassessments.com, the world leader in psychometric selection preparation software and is proud to announce the joint launch of an integrated solution : Pilot 360.
Pilot 360 will be deployed at ATOs, and allow them to test their students on psychometrics prior to them joining the flight school.
Pilot 360 will then be used as part of a larger project to allow a complete evaluation of candidates within a full HR suite to be introduced at ATOs and later presented to partner Airlines in order to fast track pre-selection.
